  • Payments are processed securely through FIB payment gateway
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started
  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices with prior notice

5. Content Usage

  • You may not download, copy, or record any content from the platform
  • You may not distribute, broadcast, or publicly display any content
  • Content library may change — titles may be added or removed at any time

6. Device Limits

Each subscription plan has a maximum number of devices that can access the service simultaneously. You can manage your active devices from your account settings. Exceeding the device limit will require you to remove an existing device before adding a new one.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting to circumvent any content protection or access controls
  • Using VPN or proxy services to access region-restricted content
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the service

Koflix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
